Background:
Caritas Nigeria, an initiative of the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN), was founded in September 2010 as a specialized national relief and human development agency. It coordinates development projects for the Catholic Church across Nigeria.
We invite two separate sealed bids—technical and financial—for each quotation. Bids must be valid for 30 calendar days from the deadline for submission.
Technical Bids: Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of company incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Tax clearance certificates for the years 2022 and 2023
Additional Technical Requirements:
- A comprehensive company profile, including registered address, email, and phone number
- Proof of successful completion of similar projects within the past two years
Additional Information:
- This solicitation is open and competitive.
- Bids not meeting the required specifications will be disqualified.
- Vendors should bid for either the printing of tools or the medical supplies, but not both. Bids for both will be disqualified.
- The successful bidder will be notified in writing and invited to sign a contract.
- Job delivery is expected within 2 weeks of receiving the order.
