FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING EDUCATION, TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, BUSINESS SUPPORT, AND HEALTH SERVICES

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), established in 1951, is a global humanitarian organization committed to promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of migrants and society.

IOM invites qualified vendors to submit expressions of interest (EOIs) for the provision of services as described below. The EOI process aims to identify vendors interested in participating in a future solicitation process.

We are seeking public and private organizations to partner with IOM in delivering vocational training, internships, on-the-job training, and job placement opportunities for returning Nigerian migrants and youth. The focus will be on various sectors across multiple regions in Nigeria, including but not limited to healthcare, agriculture, creative arts and entertainment, construction, real estate, telecommunications, retail manufacturing, engineering, hospitality and tourism, logistics and supply chain, technology, and IT. Other sectors are also welcome.

The programs will be rolled out in several regions, with a primary focus on Lagos, Kano, Yobe, FCT, Kaduna, Imo, Oyo, Delta, Edo, and Ogun States.

Required Information for EOI Submission:

  1. A brief overview of your company, including staff count, turnover, and years of operation.
  2. A summary of your organization’s main focus areas for potential collaboration with IOM. Specify whether your organization can offer vocational training, job placement, or internships, and indicate if you can provide one or more of these services. Categories include:
    • Category 1: Education and Vocational Training
    • Category 2: Employment and Job Placement/Internships
    • Category 3: Business and Entrepreneurship Support
    • Category 4: Health and Psychosocial Support
  3. Confirmation of the categories or services you can provide, either individually or in combination.
  4. A valid certificate of registration (certificate of incorporation) or relevant license/documentation for government institutions.
  5. A reference list demonstrating qualifications for participating in this bidding process.
  6. Contact details including full name, address, country, phone number, email address, contact person, and website (if applicable).

Submission Instructions:

  • Send EOIs by email to: IOMLagosTenders@iom.int
  • File format: PDF
  • File names should be no longer than 60 characters and only include Latin alphabet/keyboard characters.
  • Ensure all files are virus-free and not corrupted.
  • Maximum file size per transmission: 10 MB
  • Email subject line: EOI/IOM/NG20_01_Category
  • For multiple emails, identify each with “email no X of Y” and “final email no Y of Y” in the subject line.

Specify the partnership category or categories you are applying for in the email subject line, e.g., “EOI/IOM/NG20_10_Category” or “EOI/IOM/NG20_01 Category 1,2, and 4” if applying for multiple categories.

Upon submission, you should receive an email confirmation. IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI and may cancel the selection process or reject all submissions at any time without incurring any liability.
